Your Energy Field is Sacred

Are you aware of the energy you receive from the people around you?

Recently, I started feeling the resonance I have with people that appear in my life and it helped me reinforce the idea that it is very important to take care of who we allow access to our energy.

Let's try to surround ourselves with people who wish good things for us and learn to love our own energy/well-being so much that we don’t spend it with those who no longer vibrate with us. First, we need to understand the lesson that they came to give us with its presence and resonance, of course.

Now, I am not trying to create division here, but we all give what we are made of on the inside, so we need to respect the process of each person but above all, respect our own first, prioritizing our well-being.

Let's pay more attention to what we receive from those we allow access to our energy in order to take better care of it, because it is the only thing we brought into this world and the only thing we will be leaving when we are not around anymore.
