Gratitude is a Mood

A few months ago, when I was leaving DR, I came across a bunch of thoughts together between all the memories I just made in that beautiful island.


They were so many I was getting overwhelmed, until I understood that this rush of energy in my body was pure gratitude. Only then I was able to understand that gratitude is a mood, not just a mindset.



If we were able to train ourselves to be in a “gratitude mood” as easily as we get into sad or angry moods, I believe we could live way more happily!


Let’s make it a resolution for the rest of 2022.
