Evolution is a Roller Coaster

The past 10 months had been a roller coaster for me: Moving back home after six years living abroad, growing out from old beliefs and behaviors that came back as I stepped back into my older self, healing those roots, standing in the fire to watch it all burn in order to reborn from the ashes.

The process of evolution is a non-stop, baby-step, never-ending one and it can seem “frustrating” sometimes. But once we see the results reflected in our material reality, inner peace and inner fulfillment, there is nothing you would change it for.

Remember to be gentle with yourself in the process, find balance between each and every version of your evolution, manifest from an abundance mindset instead of a scarcity one and allow the energy that has been stuck in your bodies to flow freely back into light.

Let yourself be wrong as many times as needed for to those perception changes are huge upgrades, and finally, celebrate the hell out of each and every step in the process.

Life is a journey that requires your internal warrior to step up sometimes but always keep in mind that your only opponent is the man in the mirror, don’t ever compare someone else’s journey with yours..we’re all dealing with our own soul lessons.
