Energy Shifts

The last couple of months have been a roller coaster readapting myself to living back in the US, but dont you love when you start understanding how your body works in different environments?

The shifts have been coming intensely and I couldn’t be more grateful, but I have to mention a specific lesson that marked my year and I really wanted to share with you all.

We decide where our focus goes and that creates our reality. We are all living in the same movie, but we are all playing the main character of our story! So we watch the movie with our own lense that is created by the energies we allow our attention to receive.

Every human is experiencing the same reality from different dimensions ruled by a higher/lower frequency. Those dimensions are created by the quality of our thoughts and beliefs. Those are the so called 3D & 5D in the spiritual World and right now is an amazing moment for us to quantum jump into the frequency we prefer living in.
