Celebrate YOU

I used to be the guy who loved celebrating his birthday big time surrounded by all his friends and loved ones, (and I enjoyed it so much) until I started celebrating on my own way..disconnecting from everyone, to connect with myself.

In the last 3 years I’ve learned so much about myself that I can only feel gratitude with Life itself, but an important thing I learned about wisdom is that it only matters when it’s shared.

That was the driving force that allowed me to step into getting out of my comfort zone and start a journey supporting others with their own mental, spiritual, and energetic journeys.

This birthday let me start my year giving instead of receiving from you all. I just want to remind you that every single day counts, start today or tomorrow, there is no race because we all need to go at our own pace to make sure we arrive at our destination safely.

Open your heart to become vulnerable and evolving, question your values and your thoughts, enjoy the moment and your loved ones, change your perceptions and beliefs, and most importantly, love yourself so much that the most important person you ever need to trust is yourself!
