Alone with Yourself

Do you thrive during your “alone” time? 🔥


I used to hate being alone, I would always find myself looking for something to do, somewhere to be, someone to hang out with..but in the last couple of years, I realized that I wasn’t even enjoying spending time with people anymore because I wasn’t enjoying spending time with myself in the first place.

So after a long ride on really enjoying my time alone, now I can clearly state that it is a MUST for my wellbeing to disconnect and just enjoy my own energy for a period of time daily (15-30 minutes make a difference). This tool has taught me so much about myself but specially about how to be more present when I am surrounded by others.
